1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NuSSH application ("App", "NuSSH"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application. These Terms are an agreement between you and the developer of NuSSH, not with Apple Inc. However, Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

2. Standard Apple EULA

In addition to these custom terms, your use of the App is governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Standard EULA, the rules that provide greater protection to the NuSSH developer shall prevail.

3. Description of Service

NuSSH provides an SSH and SFTP client interface, allowing you to connect to, manage, and transfer files with remote servers. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and necessary permissions to connect to any server using this App. Unauthorized access to computer systems is strictly prohibited and is a violation of these Terms.

4. One-Time Purchase and Pro Features

NuSSH offers certain premium features via a one-time purchase ("Pro"). Purchasing Pro unlocks the following capabilities:

• Unlimited Active Connections: Removes the restriction of a maximum of 3 active concurrent connections available in the free version.
• iCloud Sync: Enables the synchronization of your server connection configurations across your devices.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

5. User Data and Synchronization

If you use the iCloud synchronization feature, your data will be synchronized across your devices using Apple's iCloud service. NuSSH does not store your server credentials on any third-party developer servers. You are responsible for the security of your iCloud account and your master passwords.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer of NuSSH be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, configuration, data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App).

Because the App facilitates the administration of critical remote infrastructure, we strongly recommend backing up any important data or server configurations before making structural changes over SSH.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate at the top of this page the date these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
